About
A product leader who ships — with the technical depth to back it.
For 16 years I’ve worked at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations — starting as a software test engineer and growing into senior product roles owning SaaS platforms, ERP rollouts, supply-chain systems, and the cloud migrations that hold them together.
Today I lead integrated business-planning initiatives — optimizing inventory, demand planning, and supply reliability for a global e-commerce operator. Earlier roles include Group Product Manager for Finance & ERP at a global hospitality-tech platform, Senior Product Manager for a banking-owned point-of-sale SaaS, and nine years scaling a global commerce, WMS, and ERP stack from on-prem to public cloud.

ERP Implementation at Scale
Owned a global ERP rollout: customer, order, inventory, PO, shipping-rate, and invoice posting — replacing ad-hoc workflows with a single source of truth.
TMS Build & Carrier Integration
Acted as Product Owner for the TMS build — carrier onboarding, rate management, label config, VAT/D&T calc, OMS & WMS carrier-selection logic.
Fraud Prevention Integration
Led integration with a leading third-party fraud platform plus in-house fraud rules for payment-capture events — reducing exposure on a high-volume e-commerce operation.
In-House WMS Lifecycle
Owned a custom-built warehouse-management system end-to-end — Receiving, Staging, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Cycle Count, and Replenishment — with seamless WMS↔ERP data streaming.
GDS & Distribution Integrations
Drove product work across Global Distribution System (GDS) and reservation-platform integrations — connecting inventory, partner channels, and consumer-facing experiences in hospitality-tech contexts.
POS Platform & APIs
Led API-first product strategy for a cloud-based point-of-sale platform — backend integrations with consumer-engagement systems, microservices logger initiatives in public cloud, and security-council risk reviews.
AI/ML Initiatives
